7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. The AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Project Engineer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Project Engineer, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these terms.

10. Termination
